seriously. the hottest library in cambridge.
bit of history: Caius (pronounced “keys”) library has, at various points in the past, been the original University Library, the University Law Library and even the Seeley Historical Library before all three moved to their new premises, and Gonville & Caius College took it over in the early 1990s (on a 999 year lease, which I find quite amusing).

mm. it’s all that seductive down- and up-lighting which does it for me, and the wrought metal: so cold but so hot. plus, the third most architecturally important ceiling in cambridge, apparently. happy memories.
I long for hotness of this variety at Brown.
